Rather, the key to a biblical marriage is the right attitude and actions which apply to all relationships. When the Christian comes to marriage then; we dare not allow the world to trap them by the snares of the enemy, but by the cross of Christ, the word of God, and the Spirit of God.It is designed to teach adults how to be a Christian husband, how to be a Christian wife. If, any one is presumptuous enough to think that they have arrived, they should be immediately informed that it takes more ability and wisdom to be what God wants you to be; that you are able to do by yourself and on your own; in other words you have to have God's help to the kind of Christian spouse or father or mother that you are to be. You not only need to know what God says about this book but you are really going to have to pray and exercise your faith to receive the grace and help from God necessary. Husbands may feel they will never understand their wives, but if they will keep on loving them everything will work out all right. God is a God of order, and the head of man and He has created the spiritual and the physical universe to operate on set laws and principles. There must be a system; some set guidelines for a successful marriage. You cannot leave your life to chance or speculation in one area or the other. It is our sincere prayer that it may bring God's help to you in a divine way as you face challenges along the way. It will not be easy but if you continue to have the faith as a grain of mustard seed then the Lord will see you through.

This commentary has high value for the academic world and is of particular value for research. It is equally valuable from a devotional point of view. Jerome was a Church Father and famous ecclesiastical author who died in A.D. 420. His writings cover nearly all the principal departments of Christian theology, but the most numerous and important belong to that of Biblical study. Among the latter is his Commentary on Daniel, which is one of the most interesting and significant of his expository works. It is frequently consulted by the learned even to this day. It here appears for the first time in the English language. The manuscript here published in book form won form Dr. Archer the much coveted Certificate of Award presented by the Christian Research Foundation for the year''s most important manuscript in the field of Biblical Research.

He was in the thick of the integration of the public schools in Jackson, MS and served as principal of one of the powerhouse high schools (Callaway High School) in Jackson, for many years.
