Papa was a former deputy friendly in Racine County in Wisconsin. Alexander accompanied Papa on appearances to schools, fairs, parades, and various functions in Racine, Wisconsin. Alexander was a pillar of laughs for children throughout Racine, Wisconsin.Papa was able to maintain his role as deputy friendly until he retired. Papa passed in 2015. The doll, Alexander, spends time with Papa's children and grandchildren. Alexander is set to make appearances with his new book, honoring his papa.

Denise is a great friend. She was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis at the age of two. She was destined to become a helper and teacher. When she was four years old, she alerted hospital staff that a baby's ventilator wasn't working properly. The staff and her family were very proud of her.
