The complete collection of the magazine which preceded Spector BooksSpector Cut + Paste was a magazine as permanent workshop; the beginnings of what would later become Leipzig-based publisher Spector Books. It was in these pages that Spector's editors discovered the themes that still emerge in their publishing program today; here that they learned to balance artistic and publicist practices; here that they began to combine texts, images and typography into their own formats and to explore the content-based aspects of visual design. Four issues were published between 2001 and 2008, and they are now available in bundled form here.

In my term paper I want to give a definition of what is intercultural competence and culture and show the constituent elements of intercultural competence. In the further course I want to examine Hofstede's six dimensions of intercultural competence on the example of Germany and show, why this model can partly explain the success of the German economy. Finally, I want to go into the criticism of Hofstede's dimensions and the problem that there is no global understanding of intercultural competence. In the end I consider the results of my term paper.All over the world, even in Europe, there is an increasing awareness of the potential for conflicts and opportunities. They are perceptible in many different parts of life, for example in the society, in professional business or in private life. The process of pluralization which has its origin in the internationalization is a continuous increasing process of the 21st century. Because of that the religious, ethnic and cultural heterogeneity of the society will rise and the cohabitation of people from all over the world will increase too. In this context, the ability to deal constructively on an interpersonal level with cultural diversity and many attitudes, such as norms, values and ways of life, is getting more important every day. It¿s necessary to mention that the ability to interact with different cultures cannot avoid conflicts between groups and individuals entirely, but, when they are inevitable, this social ability allows individuals to deal better with conflicts.The results of Hofstede's study about culture can help leaders to understand their own cultural alignment and preferences. There are differences in every society about what they want from each other or their leaders and these findings can help to improve the style of every individual to be more effective in different cultural situations. In general, information about the culture or leadership of other nations or people can be used to improve global team effectiveness and a stress-free working atmosphere.

Bachelorarbeit aus dem Jahr 2019 im Fachbereich BWL - Unternehmensführung, Management, Organisation, Note: 1,7, Hochschule Fresenius; Hamburg, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die Arbeit thematisiert die Möglichkeiten zur Integration und Umsetzung von telemedizinischen Anwendungen, speziell der Videosprechstunde, in die ambulante Versorgung. Dabei wird der Status von Medizinischen Versorgungszentren (MVZ) und telemedizinischen Anwendungen in der Versorgung beleuchtet und die Qualitätssicherung im ambulanten Sektor dargestellt. Es wird der Ablauf einer Videosprechstunde mit einem zertifizierten Videodienstanbieter beschrieben und abschließend die Sichtweisen verschiedener Akteure des Gesundheitswesens auf die Videosprechstunde dargelegt. Bezüglich der Analyse zur Integration der Videosprechstunde in die ambulante Versorgung wird eine Befragung von vier Akteuren des Gesundheitswesens durchgeführt.Telemedizinische Versorgungsprozesse entwickeln sich in vielen Bereichen des Gesundheitswesens zunehmend zu einem großen und relevanten Bestandteil der Patientenversorgung. Jedoch sind telemedizinische Anwendungen, wie die Videosprechstunde, noch nicht flächendeckend in der Versorgung integriert. Besonders im Bereich der Patientenbehandlung ergeben sich im Rahmen der Telemedizin neue Möglichkeiten, die sich beispielsweise mit der schrittweisen Etablierung der Videosprechstunde in die Versorgung äußern. Seit der Aufhebung des Verbots der ausschließlichen Fernbehandlung durch die Delegierten des 121. Deutschen Ärztetages ist eine Behandlung über Kommunikationsmedien von Patienten ohne persönlichen Erstkontakt erlaubt, wenn dies ärztlich vertretbar ist.

Sie gibt einen Überblick über mögliche kommende Innovationen im Gesundheitswesen, den Innovationsfonds und den Weg von Innovationen in den Gesundheitsmarkt.Innovationen sollen uns helfen, in der Zukunft optimierter arbeiten zu können. Einerseits verbessern und erleichtern Innovationen viele Bereiche des täglichen Lebens, andererseits sind Resultate, Auswirkungen und Konklusionen erst nach einer Verzögerung erkennbar. Explizit im Bereich der Medizin können Innovationen ein prekäres Thema sein, denn im Mittelpunkt einer medizinischen und pflegerischen Leistung steht der Kontakt von Mensch zu Mensch.
