Der vorliegende Band 1 der erneut auf zwolf Bande angelegten 24. Auflage des Grosskommentars zur Zivilprozessordnung umfasst neben der Einleitung die 1-77. Die Neuauflage hat dabei grossere personelle Anderungen gebracht: Nach dem Tode des viel zu fruh verstorbenen Wolfgang Brehm hat Christoph Althammer die Kommentierung der Einleitung ubernommen. Die bisher von Herbert Roth verantwortete Bearbeitung der 2-9 ist in die Hande von Florian Loyal ubergegangen. Die Kommentierung des 1 und der 10-37 liegt nach wie vor bei Herbert Roth. Reinhard Bork kommentiert wie bisher die 38-49 und Florian Jacoby die 50-77. Der Kommentar ist jetzt auf dem neuesten Stand von Gesetzgebung, Rechtsprechung und Lehre. Die Auflage erscheint in 12 Banden. Diese konnen sowohl einzeln als auch in Subskription bezogen werden.
