Das Clubhaus der Green Devils wird zum Basislager umgerüstet. Nach kurzer Zeit wird jedoch klar, dass dies bei Weitem nicht ausreicht. Sowohl die hygienischen Bedingungen als auch die Unterbringung der Mitglieder und deren Familien sind mehr als unzureichend. Eine neue Operationsbasis muss her. Ein irrwitziger Plan wird gefasst. Die Eroberung der nahegelegenen amerikanischen Air Base soll in die Tat umgesetzt werden. Doch schon die Vorbereitungen dazu erweisen sich als äußerst schwierig. Bei der Plünderung eines nahegelegenen Techniksupermarktes kommt es zu ersten Verlusten auf Seiten der Green Devils. Die Vergangenheit des psychopathischen Präsidenten führt zu zusätzlichen Komplikationen. Eine zweite Gruppierung greift gravierend in die Handlung ein.
