    af Evgeny Kuzmin
    78,95 kr.

The paper presents data on the corporate survival rate in Russia in 1991-2014. The research method rests on crossjoining of various formal periods in the corporate life cycle (legal; financial and economic). This makes it possible to refer to the conditionally active corporate life cycle with a number of assumptions. There is a branch-wise grouping of findings (types of business authorised according to OKVED classifier rev.2) and their summary on a single database to review the corporate life cycle, survival rate and identify dependencies between differences in calculation measurements. The research aims at filling in the fact-based gap available in various fundamental studies and official statistics on the corporate life cycle in Russia. The data are of interest for an analysis of the entrepreneurial activity in Russia. With them, it will be possible to evaluate an availability of institutions and facilities, assess a market development level and incorporation risks in the existing business environment. It will be reasonable to use findings in risk measurements related to business in Russia for a period of record by branch and region (data are not included herein), as well as in calculations to identify whether business conditions are favourable.

The paper presents data on the corporate survival rate in Russia in 1991-2014 (mainly) and 1987-1990 (optionally). The research method rests on the cross joining of various formal periods in the corporate life cycle (legal; financial and economic). This makes it possible to refer to the conditionally active corporate life cycle with a number of assumptions. There is a grouping of findings from the empirical study according to Russian regions and summary of findings on a single database to review the corporate life cycle and survival rate. The research aims at filling in the fact-based gap available in various fundamental studies that deal with the corporate life cycle in Russia in terms of insufficient official statistics. The data are of interest for an analysis of the entrepreneurial activity in Russia. With them, it will be possible to evaluate an availability of institutions and facilities, assess the market development level and incorporation risks in the existing business environment. It will be reasonable to use findings in risk measurements related to business in Russia for a period of record by region and industry, as well as in calculations to find whether conditions for incorporation are favourable.

The book explores the uneven spatial distribution of territory resources and its implication for the sustainable development of regions and cities. The authors analyze the features of the localization of assets, paying attention to both the manifested factors and the conditions that determine the specificity of the current spatial organization. On the basis of multivariate analysis, gravity models, clustering method, as well as the evaluation of concentration parameters, the authors propose various approaches to systematize territorial units, paying special attention to the peculiarities of their economic structure, resource diffusion barriers, and quality of life parameters. The obtained results indicate the need for a differentiated approach in the choice of guidelines for the transformation of the socio-economic space, allowing the researchers to propose various transformation models for differing regions. Thus, this book presents spatial organization models for different regional economies, highlighting various approaches to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals and reducing inequality. The book seeks to balance the benefits of polarized development with the need to avoid significant interregional disparities. At the same time, the book offers various solutions for differentiating territories, distinguishing different spatial elements, and determining the most appropriate transformation options. The results obtained may be of interest to scholars in regional and spatial science as well as to professionals in the field of territorial development management.
