GOD'S WAYS AND MAN'S WAYSGod's way is better than any Other. Man has a very distorted view of life and its reality: until man comes to full realization of this misdemeanor and corrects this error, they can never come to 100 percent fulfilment of who they ought to be: gods, little Jesus, the sons of God. The truth in this case is that man does not have a way of his or her own. Man was created to serve God. And the opposite of serving God is going away from God. The territory of those who refuse to serve God, whether man, woman, children, angels, or demons, is the way of perdition.But we are gods. Jesus is our way, our truth, and our life. We are not children of perdition. We are children of light and not children of darkness. Jesus is our master, our friend, brother, mentor, and Lord. We are once with him. Alleluia. We are of God, born of God, cloned of God. Therefore, we are gods. Yes, we are gods. Amen. Praise God, our Father.

This book is coming to world at a time nobody expected it. This is compilation of many years of studies, pondering, meditation and reflection on a complicated topic as this one. Despite people opinions and position, interpretation and postulation, God is God; Jesus is Jesus, and the holy spirit is who he is. I will advise the reader to please sometime to come out of the misleading information so far about any of the characters: 1. - God 2. - Jesus 3. - The holy sprit Help yourself if you are already a Christian, approach this book with an open mind. Take a pencil and paper and meticulously follow the bible passage and real for yourself. If you are not yet a believer or born again you need to with help of this book, give your life to Christ and become born again: 1. - Repent 2. - Be born again 3. - Be baptized in the holy spirit. This is the set order, but God can make work the way he wants. But the essence of these is the unity in the faith. Let us not leave human effort out of this equation. Human are used to witness to us before he become born again as pastors, prophets, and evangelist. No wonder Jesus prays let them be come as we are: United. Jn 19:Read and read as many times as you can till you get it because your life depends on it enjoy your that they be conformed to the image of his dear son. Rom 8: 29: For those God for new he also predestined to be conformed To the image of his son: that he might be the first born among Many brothers and sisters.

The state of marine fishery resources globally and particularly in Nigeria is a matter of considerable concern. Hitherto, international and Nigerian fisheries laws, as well as the opinions of legal scholars on how to address this problem, have focused predominantly on overfishing. Meanwhile, scientific literature reveals that increasing ocean temperatures caused by global warming have serious legal and management implications on the sustainable development of marine fishery resources. This thesis argues that sustainability of marine fishery resources is achievable only if states, including Nigeria, adopt a holistic and proactive approach to their management. This approach demands mainstreaming climate change into harvest-based measures by applying precautionary and ecosystem management methods. The approach further requires coastal and fishing states to comply with fisheries and climate change regimes.
