Do you want anxiety therapy through vagus nerve treatment? If yes, then keep reading...Have you been feeling the effects of stress and anxiety bringing you to an all-time low? Perhaps you have seizures or digestive ailments that just don't seem to right themselves?Your body is a beautiful piece of work, with so many self-healing methods to get you through the toughest of scenarios. In these pages, we will be diving into the human body to have a look at the Vagus Nerve, and the benefits around its stimulation. We will be touching on how you can use different exercises in order to get you through your highest anxieties, as well as tackling depression and severe illness. Learn how to relax an overstimulated Vagus nerve before it becomes damaged, and spot a damaged nerve with ease. Let's get comfortable, prop up with some pillows, and take an in-depth look into what your system can do for you!The Vagus Nerve is one of twelve pairs of cranial nerves in the body. The purpose of each of these pairs is to link the brain to other areas inside the body, more specifically the abdomen, neck, and the head. Some of these cranial nerve pairs will send off sensory information to the brain and body, such as the intricate details on sights and what you have seen throughout your day, certain smells that may have sparked a memory or left a bad or good impression, a taste that you may know and love or completely despise or that you may remember from way back when in your childhood, or a sound that you find to be familiar for some reason, but maybe you can't quite put your finger on it.These particular nerves are known to have sensory functions, whereas some of the other cranial nerves within your body will have more control over your movements and well as controlling certain muscles and gland functions. These are better known as motor functions. The vagus nerve is an anomaly all on its own. This particular nerve has both sensory and motor functions, while most other cranial nerves will only have one or the other of these functions. The vagus nerve itself, you will find, somehow keeps track of way more than we realize. This book gives a comprehensive guide on the following: The vagus nerveNatural ways to stimulate your vagus nerveMeasuring nervous function with heart rate variability (hrv)Substances that may interfere with the vagus nerveVagus nerve stimulationThe vagus nerve and bipolar disorderThe lungs and how the vagus nerve affects themMeasuring the vagus nerve toneThe polyvagal theory and ptsdHow to fix emotional detachment... • - The Exercises You MUST Follow for Anxiety Therapy and Treatment, Discover How to Win Panic Attacks and Improve Your Social Skills and Self Help For Anxiety Disorder
    af Ellen Moore

Do you want to learn how to discover how to win panic attacks and improve your social skills and self-help for anxiety disorder? If yes, then keep reading...By now, even if you do not have anxiety disorder, you may be wondering if you do. Maybe you always feel you should check to see if you have turned off the stove, the lights, or the TV before you leave your house. Maybe you are a bit anxious when anticipating a flight in a plane, or a speech you must give soon. Perhaps you are apprehensive about your teenager getting behind the steering wheel for the first time. The truth is that everyone feels some anxiety, rational or not, and the level of anxiety varies from person to person based on many factors. The first time you give a speech, you may find it hard to control your voice, difficult to hide your shaking and be very reluctant to stand in front of an audience. In fact, it may take several speeches to learn to control or not feel these symptoms. However, eventually you will have done it enough to shake off the symptoms, and if you are lucky, you will no longer have them. The difference between normal anxiety and anxiety disorder is that unless the latter receives appropriate treatment, you will never reach a place of comfort with any of the situations that trigger your anxiety. In addition, most of the triggers are irrational, having no basis in reality or, in the case of PTSD, long over.Signs that you may have anxiety disorder are many and varied. Constant, unrelenting thoughts about the object of your anxiety, often interfering with sleep, are the most obvious. If you develop rituals in an effort to relieve your anxiety, such as repetitive hand-washing or compulsive counting, you may have anxiety disorder. You may have a form of anxiety disorder if you are unable to stop worrying about the welfare of your children, spouse or other loved ones as long as they are not in your presence. Other signs are impatience, easy distraction, fear of non-threatening situations (like being in a public place) or objects and sleep disturbance. Note, however, that some of these signs can be induced by use of controlled or illegal substances, illness not related to anxiety disorder or states of exhaustion from some other cause.Physical symptoms that often accompany the signs of anxiety disorder are sweating, shaking, shortness of breath, hot or cold flashes, heart palpitations and other forms of discomfort. As before, all of these symptoms can also come from other illnesses. In fact, the most common reaction to a panic attack that has the elements of shaking, heart palpitations and shortness of breath, is that the sufferer must be having a heart attack. This can be very disconcerting for both the patient and immediate bystanders. If you suspect that you have an anxiety disorder, it is necessary to separate normal anxiety-producing circumstances from excessive reaction and consider health symptoms in the light of testing for other health conditions. When all else has been ruled out, you can begin to try different therapies to alleviate your symptoms. This book gives a comprehensive guide on the following: Tips for managing excessive worryUnderstanding how stress creates anxiety and panicWhat are the three major components of anxiety? What happens to our bodies when we are anxious?Multimodal therapyOvercoming agoraphobiaListening to your inner voice... • - The Surviral Guide to Break Free From Emotional Abuse and Toxic People, Learn How to Identify and Protect Yourself From Narcissistic Personality Disorder, Manipulation and Energy Vampires
    af Ellen Moore

Do you want to break free from emotional abuse and toxic people, learn how to identify and protect yourself from narcissistic personality disorder, manipulation and energy vampires? If yes, then keep reading...When we talk about narcissism, many people already have an idea of what this looks like in their head. It can be the person that looks in the mirror every time they pass by one. It could be the individual that always makes the conversation about themselves. It's the person who takes 100 selfies a day. All of these could be true, but there are some other deeply ingrained practices of narcissists that are crucial to understand so that we can better identify the actual narcissists in our lives, as well as the roles they have played.Everyone needs to look out for themselves, so why is narcissism such a problem? In this world, especially our society today, we have to make sure that we take care of our own needs. It's hard enough finding someone that we might enjoy hanging out with, let alone someone who properly takes care of us. Because of this, it's important that we emphasize caring for ourselves. However, narcissism takes things to an extreme level. It's important to recognize our own self-worth, but the issue with narcissists is often that they don't recognize the worth of other people around them. The reason that it's important to recognize this distinction is because if you aren't aware of how to take care of yourself, you won't be able to properly heal throughout this process. Self-loathing and hatred aren't beneficial to your health. They're not going to make you grow into the person that you want to be. A narcissist will look at the outside world and use other people to justify their worth, whereas a healthy person would look within themselves to find that interpersonal justification. For this reason, not all narcissism is necessarily a bad thing, if we mean narcissism in the way that we might refer to having a higher level of confidence or self-esteem.We all deserve to feel good about ourselves. Even our pets, like cats and dogs, have a certain level of self-esteem that they have to meet in order to feel fulfilled. If we don't pay special attention to this, it can make us feel bad about ourselves. Think of someone who is trying to lose weight. If they are constantly bullied for being overweight and made to feel terrible about their bodies, they are going to go home, eat more, and skip out on the gym again because they're lacking confidence. Someone that is reminded of their worth with encouraging friends or trainers will have a much higher success rate. This is why it's important to recognize the real problem with narcissism. Liking yourself and enjoying who you are as a person are good and healthy. Liking yourself only because you use others to feel better, and manipulating people in order to get what you want is absolutely not healthy whatsoever. Rather than thinking, "I'm a bad person, but I'm not as bad as other people," to make you feel better, we have to think, "I know I'm a good person, despite what other people might think of me." The difference between narcissism and individuals with a healthier mindset is that narcissists use other people to improve that self-worth.This book gives a comprehensive guide on the following: Types of narcissismStages of healing process from a narcissist relationshipThe covert narcissistCommon narcissistic situations you may encounterWhat to do when you can't just run awayCommon therapy methods for narcissistic personality disorderTaking back control...
