As the strike continued, the backcourts and streets became littered with black refuse sacks full of rubbish. This caused the houses and streets to become infested with cockroaches, mice and rats, the biggest problem being the rats. Three young brothers, Cameron aged 11, Stewart aged 10 and David is aged 9. An incident with the rats and the alignment of the comet gave them the power to understand the cats and rats. They unite with the cats and together they hatch a plan to end the reign of terror of the rats.
