108,95 kr. Next to lying on the beach, fishing is the most popular outdoor activity on the Gulf Coast, but many people who visit the beach regularly have never been fishing. The reason for this is not lack of desire. Most beach visitors are simply pulled in too many directions to go through the learning curve. Easy Gulf Coast Fishing can have you catching fish on your next vacation, sometimes right outside your back door. If you have caught fish before, but still have a lot to learn, this book will help you catch bigger and better tasting fish. Considering the price of seafood, this book might even save you money!

- Book Two: 1978 - 2014
138,95 kr. I began writing The Life and Times of Bud Coleman of Jefferson County, Alabama, soon after my father died. The book was easy to write because my father accomplished so much in life. From growing up in a junkyard in Powderly, Alabama, during the Great Depression to the founding of two large communities in western Jefferson County, a chain of sixty-five video rental stores, and numerous other retail establishments, my father was an eyewitness to history. I was there for much of it, and for the parts that I wasn't, my father was never reluctant to tell me about it. The focus of Book Two is the businesses that Bud Coleman founded and operated during the last three decades of his life. Within the book is the most detailed history of the video rental business in Alabama in existence, stories about the beach condo boom and bust in the 1990s and early 2000s, and the founding and operation of a printing business in Bessemer, Alabama.

- Hippies on the Hump: (The Freaky Adventures of The New Love Morticians)
208,95 kr. Trailer Park Hippies II: Hippies on the Hump is the long-awaited sequel to Bill Coleman's debut novel, Trailer Park Hippies, published by Far Out Books in 1999. In the second installment of this psychedelic series of the 60s, our hero and the cast of characters from Adolf's East Morton Trailer Park find themselves transplanted to "The Hump" (aka Klan Headquarters) in East Morton, Ohio, where they re-form their old high-school band. They then break the unwritten rules of residential etiquette in their new neighborhood by taking in a housemate of minority status and ignoring their neighbors' warnings and threats of reprisal until they can be ignored no longer. In their sordid new hippie household, which serves as Party Central to freaks from two states, our protagonist re-connects with Stoni, a hip big-city chick with whom he dallied behind the back of his devoted high-school girlfriend, Tonya Treadway, a couple of years earlier. Stoni appears on the Hump to start chapter two of their relationship, but their attempts at intimacy are disheartening enough to plant doubts in our hero's mind about his sexuality. Gay strip club owner and hip northern Kentucky gangster Robby "Butch" Biondo senses these doubts and tries to convert the "Mick Jagger of East Morton, Ohio" to the other team by hiring the rejuvenated New Love Morticians as the house band at his piano-bar-turned-freaky-music-club, Butch's Playhouse. But Cincinnati's top exotic dancer (by night) and Frederick's of Hollywood manager (by day), the glamorous blond bombshell known as Eden, takes decisive steps (in her towering skyscraper stilettos!) to keep our vulnerable hero out of Robby Butch's predatory clutches. She lures him instead into the sensuously seedy world of Newport, Kentucky (aka "Sin City"), and arranges for The New Love Morticians to play at the Seventh Heaven Swingers' Club, where the band of wannabe East Morton hippies finally find their musical niche. Six years his senior, smart and sexy Eden minds and mentors her new young lover until he finds himself (in more ways than one) in her king-size, leopard-sheeted waterbed, with all his fantasies rolled into one incredible living centerfold! Love and laughter, sin and seduction, drugs and danger, dominance and submission--as well as plenty of good, old-fashioned sex and drugs and rock and roll--await you on the pages of Trailer Park Hippies II: Hippies on the Hump!

- A Mandala for Healing Childhood Trauma
228,95 kr. A manual for clinicians describing a pen and paper exercise for clinicians working with complex post traumatic stress. The exercise produces a mandala of traumatic stresses and the defensive strategies developed that produced dysfunctional adult behaviors. The purpose is to help trauma survivors make sense of their adult behaviors by tracing them back to childhood stress; and to further expand such understanding by seeing, graphically, the past and present as occurring all in the present.

- Book One: 1929-1978
138,95 kr. I began writing "The Life and Times of Bud Coleman of Jefferson County, Alabama," soon after my father died. The first of two books, Book One covers life in Powderly, Alabama, just after the Great Depression, the development and operation of Coleman Lakes and Rock Mountain Lakes in western Jefferson County, Alabama, in the 1950s and 1960s, and life in the suburbs of Birmingham, Alabama in the early 1960s. There's a lot of history in this book that can't be found elsewhere.

108,95 kr. In 10 Ways to Make Money, I will tell you about ten home-based income opportunities that you can start part-time. Though some of these opportunities should be considered temporary and it would be a stretch to even call them businesses, the majority of them could eventually earn you a full-time income. They are all low cost start-ups, and some of them have no start-up costs. These are all realistic, not "pie-in-the sky" get rich quick schemes. I have either made money myself with these opportunities or contracted with someone who provides the services. If you are just short of paying your bills or just need some extra money to enjoy life, read this book.

- Living in the Real World with an Eternal Perspective
172,95 kr. From our first breath to our dying one on this little planet, we journey through a full spectrum of experiences. We navigate the mountain tops and valleys, the highs and lows, and the joys and sorrows. We sit and weep through funerals, clap and smile at weddings, and hug at birth announcements. We anxiously wait for the call from the doctor''s office, eagerly wait for our child''s name to be called at graduation, and impatiently wait in a traffic jam. We feel the deep pain of loss, the anger of betrayal, and the thrill of love returned. Life can be quite the roller coaster of circumstances, emotions, and experiences. The Bible never glosses over the difficulties we inevitably go through in this temporary life; however, it clearly tells us where to keep our eyes focused. Using 2 Corinthians 4:16-18, Bill Coleman invites us to try on an Eternity Lens for a new perspective on whatever comes our way. Using stories from his own journey, Bill shows God''s desire for us to rise above our temporal circumstances and view life with an eternal perspective. You may laugh and cry, but by the end, you will begin to see your own journey through the lens of eternity and realize that "our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us a glory that far outweighs it all." Dr. Bill Coleman is married to Tiffany with 2 adult children: Austin and Alaina. Bill graduated from Wingate University, received his M.Div. from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, and earned his D.Min. in Expository Preaching from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has pastored 4 churches and is currently an Associate Pastor and Elder at He''s Alive Church in North Carolina. He also serves as Assistant Professor of Pastoral Ministry at Luther Rice College and Seminary. He has led over 25 mission trips and trained pastors around the world.
