Naya Hausla Chidiya Maa Ka is a beautiful collection of children's poems. More than 30 beautiful, inspiring children's poems have been printed with panoramic pictures. All these will give healthy entertainment to the children and develop energy, enthusiasm and motivation in them. The pregnant bird grows up every day with tireless labor, dedication, laying eggs by making a nest with perseverance, nurturing them day and night, this is a poignant depiction in the poem.In the end, when the children are mature, they fly away in the sky in search of a new world, even then the bird mother does not get frustrated, does not complain about the children to her loved ones, but accepts it easily and has new enthusiasm for the creation of a new world. It is prepared with energy and love, that is its beauty. All other poems are entertaining, inspiring and joy-giving, energy-giving.The work has been made more attractive and useful by beautiful pictures. The parents of all the little ones are requested to give the gift of this work to their children by getting them free from the deadly clutches of mobile, computer and net, which will help them to get a new sky of joy, gaiety and progress.

Plant breeding is the art and science of changing the traits of plants in order to produce desired characteristics. It has been used to improve the quality of nutrition in products for humans and animals. Plant breeding can be accomplished through many different techniques ranging from simply selecting plants with desirable characteristics for propagation, to methods that make use of knowledge of genetics and chromosomes, to more complex molecular techniques. Genes in a plant are what determine what type of qualitative or quantitative traits it will have. Plant breeders strive to create a specific outcome of plants and potentially new plant varieties. Plant breeding has been practiced for thousands of years, since near the beginning of human civilization. It is practiced worldwide by individuals such as gardeners and farmers, and by professional plant breeders employed by organizations such as government institutions, universities, crop-specific industry associations or research centers. International development agencies believe that breeding new crops is important for ensuring food security by developing new varieties that are higher yielding, disease resistant, drought tolerant.

Large-scale data analytics using machine learning (ML) underpins many modern data-driven applications. ML systems provide means of specifying and executing these ML workloads in an efficient and scalable manner. Data management is at the heart of many ML systems due to data-driven application characteristics, data-centric workload characteristics, and system architectures inspired by classical data management techniques. In this book, we follow this data-centric view of ML systems and aim to provide a comprehensive overview of data management in ML systems for the end-to-end data science or ML lifecycle. We review multiple interconnected lines of work: (1) ML support in database (DB) systems, (2) DB-inspired ML systems, and (3) ML lifecycle systems. Covered topics include: in-database analytics via query generation and user-defined functions, factorized and statistical-relational learning; optimizing compilers for ML workloads; execution strategies and hardware accelerators; data access methods such as compression, partitioning and indexing; resource elasticity and cloud markets; as well as systems for data preparation for ML, model selection, model management, model debugging, and model serving. Given the rapidly evolving field, we strive for a balance between an up-to-date survey of ML systems, an overview of the underlying concepts and techniques, as well as pointers to open research questions. Hence, this book might serve as a starting point for both systems researchers and developers.

The field experiment was conducted at Genetics and Plant Breeding Research Farm, Narendra Deva University of Agriculture and Technology, Faizabad, in Augmented Block Design having 10 blocks and each block was divided into 14 plots. Out of these 14 plots in a block, 10 plots were used for accommodating the test genotypes while remaining 4 plots were used for check varieties, during Rabi 2010-11 to assess 100 chickpea germplasm showed wide range of variation for various characters. Data were recorded on different 11 quantitative traits on subjected for estimation of mean, range and least significant differences, correlation, path-coefficient and genetic divergence. The genotypes NDG 93-1, NDG 31, JG 9-3, ICC 4934, BG 3014, ICC 3137, ICCV 05314, RG 2003-28, L 550, IPCK 2004-16, NDG 3-32-2, BDG 1059 and H 02-14 produced higher seed yield per plant, may be used in breeding programme for development of high yielding chickpea varieties.

Cluster bean (guar) is an important arid legume crop of the country. Nowadays, it is gaining importance as an industrial crop due to the presence of galactomannan content in the seed. The crop generally faces moisture stress conditions at the sowing time, seedling emergence and plant growth. If primed seed sown in the field, then it can tolerate the problem of moisture stress to some extent particularly during the initial stages of germination and plant growth and it helps in optimum plant stand establishment. Improved seed germination and vigour potential contribute to better crop establishment and seed yield. The results of present study revealed that among various priming treatments, the treatments T1(H-D), T6 (KNO3, 0.5%) and T8(Pseudomonas culture) enhanced the standard germination (6.66-12.66%) in good quality seed-lots (L1) of variety HG-365, whereas, the treatments T3 (GA3, 50ppm), T5 ( PEG-6000) and T7 (Rhizobium culture) improved the germination percentage ( 6.67-11.00%) in good quality seed-lot of variety HG-563. Moreover, none of the treatments enhanced the germination effectively over control in marginal seed-lots of both the varieties.

Apart from significantly improving the stability of the financial system, banking sector reforms in India since 1991 have supported the transition of the Indian economy to a higher growth path. In comparison to the pre-reforms period, the Indian banking system today is more stable and efficient. However, these gains need to be consolidated into a mature financial system to meet the challenges of financial globalization. Many new processes, products and services offered by banks and other financial intermediaries are now IT-centred. Banks have traditionally been at the forefront of harnessing technology to improve their products, services and efficiency. They have, over a long period of time, been using electronic and telecommunication networks for delivering a wide range of value added products and services. In spite of the technological advances made by the banking system, it is afflicted by a slew of formidable problems, the chief being the accumulation of non-performing assets (NPAs). Indias financial system and economic stability are facing a serious threat due to continuous one-way movement of the NPAs. The enactment of Securitisation, Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest (SARFAESI) Act, 2002 was an important landmark in the ongoing reforms in the financial sector. The Act enables the setting up of asset management companies, addressing the problem of NPAs of banks and financial institutions and enhancing rights of the creditors. This book provides a vivid account of the banking sector reforms in India since 1991. More importantly, it analyzes the various aspects of the problem of NPAs of banks with the help of data/information available in public domain.

The Narendra Modi government's sudden demonetization of `500 and `1,000 notes in November 2016 failed to put a dent in the black economy but caused untold hardship to hundreds of millions of Indians. It has crippled the country's economy for a long time to come. In this book, Arun Kumar, the country's leading authority on the black economy, tells us why Modi's gambit failed. He shows us the way in which the problem can be rooted out, provided the government has the political will and determinati
