So far, no book consistently and in a comprehensive approach covered the consequences on the one hand of the extension of EU administrative action in policy areas with an external dimension and on the other hand addresses the EU's contribution to the globalisation of administrative law. This books aims to provide academics, practitioners and students with a structured and combined overview on these interrelated subjects.
