Organic acids have many applications in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, and textile industries. Traditionally, organic acids are produced energy-intensive chemical processes. Fermentative production of organic acids is environmentally friendly and cost-effective approaches for large scale production of enzymes utilizes organic waste feedstocks. We propose a new algorithm named CSAC. CSAC is the first one in the literature that exploits the only available channels in designing CH sequences while providing guaranteed rendezvous.
