The stories in this collection are dedicated to my grandchildren, the eager listeners who encouraged me, again and again, to "tell me a story." I hope that hidden in the stories are numerous family values: kindness, appreciation and care for one another, enjoyment of life, curiosity, education, adventure, humor...
