Beskrivelse af Tizianello
Tizianello is a novel written by the French author Alfred de Musset. The story is set in Venice during the 16th century and follows the life of a young painter named Tizianello. Tizianello is a talented artist who dreams of making a name for himself in the world of art. However, his ambitions are hindered by his humble background and lack of connections in the art world.Despite these obstacles, Tizianello is determined to succeed and begins to work as an apprentice to the famous painter Tiziano Vecellio. Through his work with Tiziano, Tizianello learns about the techniques and secrets of painting, but he also becomes embroiled in the political and social intrigues of Venice. As Tizianello's reputation as a painter grows, he becomes involved with a beautiful and mysterious woman named Laura, who is also the object of desire for a powerful Venetian nobleman. Tizianello's love for Laura leads him into dangerous territory, and he must navigate the treacherous waters of Venetian society to protect himself and his art.Tizianello is a story of ambition, love, and betrayal set against the backdrop of one of the most fascinating cities in the world. Musset's vivid descriptions of Venice and the art world of the 16th century transport the reader to another time and place, while Tizianello's struggles and triumphs resonate with readers of all ages.Pippo looked at her with such admiration that he was incapable of speaking. Whatever the circumstances, it is impossible to see a perfectly beautiful woman without astonishment and without respect. Pippo had often met Beatrice when out walking, and at private parties. He had himself praised her beauty a hundred times and had heard others do the same. She was a daughter of Pietro Loredano, member of the Council of Ten, and great-granddaughter of the famous Loredano, who took such an active part in the trial of Giacomo Foscari. The pride of this family was but too well known in Venice, and Beatrice passed, in the eyes of all, as having inherited the spirit of her ancestors. When still quite young, she had been married to the procurator Marco Donato, and the death of the latter had left her free and in possession of great wealth. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations. Because we believe this work is culturally important, we have made it available as part of our commitment for protecting, preserving, and promoting the world's literature in affordable, high quality, modern editions, that are true to their original work.
