Beskrivelse af Herb Gardening
Herb Gardening
How to Start a Culinary Herb Garden!
In this book we will take a look into the wonderful world of growing your own culinary herb garden. There is so many different wonderful herbs that not only bring unique flavor to our tables but also offer us an array of health benefits as well. This I would call a win-win, getting delightful tasting herbs to enhance the quality of the flavor of your foods while they help improve your health at the same time!
I can tell you through personal experience there is nothing quite like being able to go out into your own garden and pick the lovely smelling herbs to use in your culinary dishes or for medicinal remedies you are preparing. I remember the first time I grew my own parsley I couldn't believe how much more full of flavor it was. My garden grown parsley was bursting with scent and flavor compared to the bunches I had been buying for years at the grocery store-it was then I realized just what I was missing out on! I am sure you too will experience the same type of experience when you begin to grow your own culinary herb garden.
One of the great benefits of using your own fresh herbs that you grow yourself is that you know that there is no additives or artificial elements in them at all-they are truly organic herbs. With that being said you will not have the added worry of side effects that accompany artificial ingredients.
We will look into both culinary and medicinal herbs and how to dry and preserve them, I have also included some recipes in the book! I hope you will enjoy this book as much as I did putting it together!
