With a tyrant controlling the City someone must find a way to free the citizens, Brad and Savanna wants to free Solitude, to do that they must go below the City and take back the Project who now Travis controls, but someone must distract the man and only Cassandra can do that, in the process she secretly trains a few Growlers, wild beasts who will only listen to her. Rock who still isn't sure who's side to take finally makes a choice. But when someone gets shot in the head one of them must die.
