Beskrivelse af Elise In The Oblivion
"A clever and compelling debut novella. I read this book in one sitting, I really enjoyed it! The pacing was perfect for a short read. The author's military background is evident in the style of writing and adds a unique level of depth to the military and veteran characters in the book. Looking forward to the next installment." - verified 5-star Amazon review.Elise is a young mother and devoted wife living abroad in Germany with her family. When her beloved grandfather dies, Elise must return to Hawaii to bid him goodbye. While visiting an extravagant nightclub in Waikiki called The Oblivion, Elise learns that the owner of the club is her childhood boyfriend, Julian Carroll, who she has not seen or spoken to in over fourteen years. Seduced by the atmosphere of The Oblivion, Elise finds herself fighting an overwhelming desire to return every night to see Julian. But, Julian is not the man that Elise remembers from her childhood. He has a mysterious past filled with dark secrets, Russians, and murder.
