As you drive along thinking of all you must do today. You suddenly wonder how you got this far down the road, did you notice whether the light was actually green or did you run a red light. If you are very ill how long were you laid up? Are you really here or are you just dreaming? David experiences these things not really dead and yet not a ghost.
