I am very pleased that I was able to put together a book of scams to raise your awareness about some innovative ways in which scammers con people out of money. What motivated me to write this book?There were several instances in which my close friends and family near about lost money to these scammers and were under severe stress due to the nature of the scams. Seeing all these, I thought that I should raise the awareness level of all of you so that you could safeguard yourselves from these scammers.I have adopted a story format to retain the attention of the reader. The names and characters are fictitious, though all these scams are real in nature. The scams were gathered using first-hand experience of friends and family and some from the police warnings and newspapers.I hope the information and advice provided in this book will benefit you and empower you to identify these scams and protect your valuable data and safeguard your money.

Diane sought out retribution in life. Abandoned, abused and neglected, she managed to find her place in the world.
